Prachuap Khiri Khan has located 281 km. from the south of Thailand. Prachuap Khiri Khan is a rather small province with an area of 6,367 sq.km. Prachuap Khiri Khan means "city of mountains"
The province is famous for its natural charm of beaches and mountains. Hua Hin, its major attraction, is one of Thailand's most popular seaside resorts among both Thai and foreign visitors.
Thailand's royal family and especially former kings were the first to set this location on the map as the original seashore destination in Thailand. The long white sandy beaches themselves are clean, spotless, and pretty the sea is relatively clean. Besides just sunbathing, snorkeling, and swimming, visitors can also enjoy golf, spas, caves, peaks, waterfalls, shops, seafood, and nearby national parks. The town is warm and laid-back, making it ideal for families and couples.

How to get to Prachuap Khiri Khan

By train 
There are three different types of trains: Special Express, Express, and Rapid. From Hua Lamphong Railway Station (Bangkok) take 5, 5½ and 6 hours to reach Prachuap.
Train fares 
Special Express (only one class): 455฿
Express: 3rd class: 208฿, 2nd class: 285฿
Rapid: 3rd class: 168฿, 2nd class: 245฿

By Bus
There are regular buses going to Prachuap departing from the Southern Bus Terminal. When you’re in the Southern Bus Terminal go to the second floor to buy your ticket. the last bus leaves at 8 pm. the buses quite safe, comfortable and air-conditioned. It takes around 5 hours and the ticket cost  200฿.

By minivan
 there are minivans leaving every hour from Victory Monument and from the northern bus station (Mo chit). The ride cost will be between 200 and 250 baths and it should take between 4 and 4½ hours.

By car
From Bangkok, take the Thon Buri – Pak Tho Road (Highway 35), passing Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkhram, then turn left into Phetchakasem Road (Highway 4), then follow the road until you see the crossroad leading to Prachuap Khiri Khan. The total distance is approximately 280 km.

Ao Manao
Ao Manao is a tourist town in the district of Prachuap Khiri Khan province. Away from the city about five kilometers south of Prachuap Khiri Khan. Ao Manao area with beautiful scenery. The general public can relax. Ao Manao is located in the Royal Thai Air Force - Wing 5 was beautiful natural beaches clean. Opposite the beach is Khao Lommuak.


Rajabhakti Park
Rajabhakti Park is a historically themed park honoring past Thai kings from the Sukhothai period to the current royal house of Chakri. It is in Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, Thailand. It was built by the Royal Thai Army. Bhumibol Adulyadej gave the historical park the name "Rajabhakti Park", which means "the park that has been built with people's loyalty to the monarchy".


Plern Wan
is a simulation market is a place of ancient Thailand. It is decorated in a traditional market in the year 1956, the old-fashioned buildings, shops, food, snacks, souvenirs, toys, theme park, Thailand outdoor movies including Ferris activities. The many activities almost not be seen in today.


Khao Takiab Temple
The Khao Takiab Temple or Monkey Mountain as it is known locally is one of Hua Hin's most well-known attractions and is well worth a visit if you are in town. Located on Khao Takiab hill south of Hua Hin just 10 minutes drive from Hua Hin town center, Khao Takiab Temple is not just any Thai temple. A drive through the busy fishing harbor at the base of Khao Takiab and a steep climb with fantastic views of Hua Hin beach and the ocean you get to the top of the hill and Khao Takiab Temple.
